Paper Submission and Publication

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-page papers, including figures and references. All ICOT papers will be handled and reviewed electronically.  All the accepted papers will be indexed by EI and IEEE explore.

Note: We use CMT online submission system. Please Sign Up (for a new user) before paper submission. ICOT 2015 includes three regular sessions and nine special sessions. All the paper submissions are through the link above. Please indicate the right session where your paper will be sumbitted. Refer to the following steps when you submit papers.

Step 1 - Sign up and log in the CMT online submission system, and create a new paper submission.

Step 2 - Choose the proper track. For paper submitted to the regular sessions, please tick the "ICOT 2015" track. For papers submitted to the special sessions, please directly tick the name of the special session.

Step 3 - Input the required information, and submit the paper.
