Please note that each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors in ICOT 2015; otherwise, the paper will be excluded from IEEE Xplore Digital Library. There must be one full registration for each paper, and one registered author with full rate can cover at most 2 papers. If the presenter is a student, he/she has to pay the full rate (non-student rate). Additional student authors can register with student rate.

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 30 November 2015. No refunds will be issued after 30 November 2015. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to icot2015@comp.polyu.edu.hk. There will be an administrative fee of HK$780 deducted from each refund.
